I'm a long time road tripper too. My son was born in early June last year and had been to six parks by the time the season was over. My wife and I drove up to Danville from Charlotte the night before for the Bobby Cox statues. It was my 3rd or 4th visit, and I've always had a good time. The baseball's not the best, but it's fun to see the brand new prospects. Kind of a freak accident happened when a light cover above us had been previously broken and some shattered glass fell on about 12-15 people. The staff were great, offered everyone free tickets and seats under the cover. Certainly won't keep me from returning. Nice work on the blog.
